Question:
I understand that sexual intercourse with a woman during her menstruation is forbidden. But how about giving a woman in that state orgasm by stimulating her through masturbation. Would that be permissible?
Answer:
In the name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is not permissible for a man to touch any part of his wife from the navel to the knees during her menses. Hence stimulating her through masturbation will fall under the same ruling.[1]
