May Allah accept your works and efforts.

Answer:

In the name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Respected Brother

One should recite the following Dua (Supplication) at the time of storms, tornado’s and winds.[1]

Allâhumma innî as’aluka khayrahâ wa aûdhu bika min sharrihâ.

“O Allah, I ask You for it’s goodness and I take refuge with You from it’s evil.”

Allâhumma innî as’aluka khayrahâ wa khayra mâ fîhâ, wa khayra mâ ursilat bihi. Wa aûdhu bika min sharrihâ, wa sharri mâ fîhâ, wa sharri mâ ursilat bihi.

“O Allah, I ask You for it’s goodness, the good within it, and the good it was sent with, and I take refuge with You from it’s evil, the evil within it, and from the evil it was sent with.”

And Allah Ta‘ala knows best
