Assalamualaikum,
If a married man is suffering from premature ejaculation, due to which the sexual needs of his wife are not fulfilled, would it be permissible for him to use performing enhancing medication, such as viagra, in order to last longer, and in turn, fulfill the needs of the spouse?

Answer:
As-salāmu ‘Alaykum Wa-rahmatullāhi Wa-barakātuh.
In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
It is permissible to use enhancement medication as long as the content of these medications does not contain any Haraam substance.
However one should take medical advice from a competent Doctor before using such medication as their side effects are detrimental.
