Is my fast valid if I saw slight pinkish discharge but thereafter never seen anything

Question:

Asalamoalikum

I was fasting and noticed a little pinkish discharge. It was very little so I had a doubt. I didn’t see anything after that so I done ghusal. Is my fast still accepted?

Jazaallah khair.

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Respected Sister

The minimum period of haid is three days and three nights and the maximum period is ten days and ten nights.[1]Blood which flows for less than three days and three nights is not haid but is referred to as Istihaada[2] (flowing of blood out of the normal period).

The rules concerning Istihaada are the same as a Ma’zur.[3] Hence in such a case a women should continue to fast and pray her Salaah. In reference to your question your fast was valid.

And Allah Ta’ala knows best
