Assalamualikum. I asked a man are you married? The man is married but the man answered he is bachelor, single. He had no divorce intension. does it affect the nikaah? please answer the question according hanafi.

In the enquired situation, ṭalāq has not taken place. The man should exercise caution in the future.

وان قال: لم أتزوجك، ونوى الطلاق، لا يقع الطلاق بالإجماع، كذا في البدائع. ولو قال: ما لي امرأة، لا يقع وان نوى. وكذا لو قال: علي حجة ان كانت لي امرأة. وهذا بالإجماع، ذكره الامام السرخسي في شرحه، والشيخ الامام نجم الدين في شرح الوافي، كذا في الخلاصة. (الفتاوى الهندية. ج ١، ص ٣٧٥. رشيدية)
