Assalamu alaikum,
I have read from heavenly ornaments that sajda sahw become wajib if I recite fatiha or tasshud twice. So, what if I repeated the last three to four words of first sentence of tashahhud (wa ala……….. saaliheen) before recitng the second sentence of tashahhud

Answer:
In the name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatullāhi wa-barakātuh
If you repeated up to 42 letters (a rukn) or more of the tashahhud in the first qa‘adah (sitting), then sajdah sahw is required. However, sajdah sahw is not required if you repeated any part of the tashahhud in the last qa‘dah.

ولو كرر التشهد في القعدة الأخيرة، فلا سهو عليه. (البحر الرائق شرح كنز الدقائق. ج٢، ص ١٧٢. رشيدية)
ولو كرر التشهد في القعدة الأولى فعليه السهو وكذا لو زاد على التشهد الصلاة على النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، كذا في التبيين، وعليه الفتوى كذا في المضمرات. (الفتاوى الهندية. ج ١، ص ١٢٨. رشيدية)
