Is My Fast Broken?

Question:

I wanted to ask a question, does the comming out of mathi (thin white sticky fluid which is discharged due to sexual stimulation e.g. thinking about sexual acts,) from the penis results in breaking of fast. And if it does then only qaza is required or kuffara is also required?

Also, does the comming out of mathi due to trying to rub off penis while thinking of any sexual act results in breaking of fast according to hanafi fiqh? And if it does then only qaza is required or kuffara is also required?

1. One should bear in mind, that just as, it is impermissible for one to indulge in sexual activities whilst fasting, so would it be impermissible for one to fantasize about sexual acts. However, if a person ejaculates due to fantasizing, thinking about sexual acts the fast will not break.[1]

2. Firstly one should make sincere Tauba and seek forgiveness from Allah Ta‘ala for committing such heinous acts. However if one ejaculates through this act, only Qada would have to be made for the fast and not expiation (Kaffarah).[2]
